Job Description:

Our client, one of the UK’s leading energy providers, is looking for a Training Administrator in a multi-functional role. Working as part of the administration team, the Training Administrator is responsible for the day to day running of the Training Services, providing Business Support, Planning, Facilitation, and Training Administration support for a wide range of services.

Key Duties:

1 To help with the provision of available dates for training courses. This includes helping to chase bookings, ensure contact details are correct and updated within the schedule, the booking of mobile machines and training venues (where required), assisting with the arrangements for accommodation and flights, etc.
2 To assist with coordination of the delivery of services to ensure that the appropriate procedures are followed by the team.
3 To assist with the creation and maintenance of files and projects and where applicable, liaising with the department for monthly invoicing & adjustments as required.
4 Assist with the confirmation of all bookings, which will typically include the dispatch of maps, and any other supporting information.
5 To assist with keeping the on-line training and certification schedule updated
6 To support individual team members regarding their own schedules and maintain a comprehensive and accurate history of work undertaken.
7 To assist with the administration of training logistics such as attendance sheets, certificates, keeping training centres updated, etc.
8 Provision of project support, encompassing planning, tracking reporting and the maintenance of project documentation

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:

* Proficient in use of Microsoft Office – particularly Excel, Word and Outlook.
* Previous employment within a similar or closely related role.
* Able to be self-managed for much of the working day.
* To be well organised with good attention to detail
* To be pro-active
* Generally support the team as a whole and propose further improvements to existing processes.
