We have an exciting opportunity and require an outstanding Technical Compliance Administratorto be home based in London or surrounding areas. This is a full time, 6 Month FTC working 37.5 hours per week (Mon – Fri 8 am – 5 pm). On offer is a competitive salary.

Main Responsibilities/Duties Include:

Technical Compliance Administrator

  • Confirm all received certifications processed within contracted time of 21 days or escalated as applicable.
  • Reduce certification backlog by 10% per week whilst keeping current workload on track for timely completion.
  • Eliminate errors in certificates processed and maintenance orders (CMs) issued
  • Manage statutory certification process; ensure client systems current and buildings fully compliant and safe.
  • Utilise database (Maximo/Infor) and Excel to validate information on existing certifications; raise corrective CMs per guidelines
  • Liaise with contractors and internal stakeholders to facilitate receipt of documentation per contracted Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
  • Ensure outstanding documents researched and SLAs met; maintain compliance tracker showing current work detail.
  • Attend team briefings to inform leadership of performance
  • Maintain professional demeanour, model desired behaviours at all times, and exhibit positive work ethic with universal respect for internal and external partners.
  • Personify flexibility, diligence, accuracy, organisation, and positive outlook.

Knowledge and Skills for Technical Compliance Administrator

  • Previous experience in a compliance role
  • Experience of Facilities Management and Hard Services

Qualifications & required Experience:

  • Previous administration experience
  • Minimum of 5 GCSEs (A*-C)
