Description

My client are an International Games Company. They make fun and various games, sell games and play games;

I’m now looking for a versatile and enthusiastic Sales Order Processor is required to join the growing Operations team. The role is twofold: Sales Order Processing and Customer Service.

You will be responsible for reviewing, processing and chasing up delivery of orders, alongside other administration tasks, and provide excellent customer service at all times.

The role will require experience of working under pressure and dealing with high volume orders. High service levels are important along with excellent organisation and attention to detail.

On-going duties and responsibilities:

Main responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Scrutiny of Orders
  • Processing and managing Orders
  • Working with internal teams and external WH to ensure on time deliveries
  • Dealing with all customer enquiries
  • Clear communication to Customers and Sales Agents
  • Liaising with Internal teams and departments wherever required
  • Completing, uploading, sending all the product details required for ranging the product with the retailer i.e. New Line Forms, Images, Samples.
  • EDI maintenance
  • Creating and updating reports as required by the business
  • General Ad-hoc administration and filing

Essential experience and skills required for position:

  • Educated to A level standard, grade A – C
  • Excellent Attention to Detail
  • Strong Communication Skills (oral and written)
  • Ability to pick up systems quickly
  • Experience of managing data within Excel
  • Ability to work to deadlines, prioritise a busy workload and be well organised
  • Proactive and Driven
  • Positive and Can-Do Attitude
  • Fluent in Spain both oral and written,

Nice to have:

  • Similar experience within a previous role
  • Experience of working with Sage 200
  • EDI knowledge
  • Knowledge of Italian oral and written communication
