TERM: Permanent

START DATE: ASAP

COMPANY: Luxury furniture showroom

HOURS: 8:30am – 5:30pm | Monday – Friday

SALARY: Up to £24,000 DOE

Our client is one of the most successful suppliers of office furniture and room systems. Formed in 1925, the family business manufactures at its headquarters only, in addition to five showrooms in Germany, the company also has international sites based in France, Switzerland, the Netherlands and the UK.

They support clients in collaboration with the specialist trade throughout the entire process of furnishing their offices; from analysis, planning and production to effective service.

Our client is looking for a bright and enthusiastic Showroom Executive to join their team. This is a pivotal role within the showroom, suited to someone who has previous experience within hospitality, providing 5* customer service and someone who everyone can depend on!

DUTIES INCLUDE BUT ARE NOT EXCLUSIVE TO:

* Meeting and greeting all clients and visitors, helping to create a welcoming environment
* Answer main phone line, taking messages and transferring calls
* Ensuring the smooth running of the showroom day to day
* Developing and maintaining marketing and social media presence for the showroom
* Managing meetings for the showroom, maintaining the showroom diary including scheduling meetings
* Handling general showroom administration including; scanning, filing, archiving and shredding
* Ordering and maintaining office purchases including stationary, brochures and samples
* Liaising with suppliers and head office

SKILLS, EXPERIENCE AND ATTRIBUTES REQUIRED:

* Previous experience of working in a showroom would be desirable but not essential
* Interest/previous experience within social media marketing
* Can-do, positive, problem solving attitude
* Excellent organisational skills
* Friendly and approachable demeanour
* Ability to work independently or collaboratively with initiative
* Ability to manage your own time and work well under pressure
