Role: Senior Contract Coordinator

Location: Heathrow Airport

Salary: Up to £28,000 – £31,000 plus an excellent benefits package

Acting as a vital administrative link between the client and senior internal stakeholders, we are looking for someone with strong administration and coordination skills to assist the Area Manager in the successful management and planning of one of our key contracts.

Key responsibilities

To support a key contract through the delivery and management of specific projects as requested by the client.

Main Duties:

* Responsible for booking all site specific training on the Heathrow contract for Bureau Veritas personnel
* To ensure that any Project work has a current Purchase Order agreed with the Area Manager in advance
* Ensure all Projects are entered in the AWI system
* Ensure all KPI reports are collated and sent to the client
* Monitor/maintain and identify potential issues within the invoicing and ensure all invoicing is completed within 28 days
* Attend daily meetings with the client to provide updates on the inspections and Maximo status
* Act as one of the primary points of contact for the client
* Provide a Maximo inspection program & training for new administrators
* Obtain authorised signatory status on the contract to progress airside passes
* Deploy in line with Bureau Veritas Core Values and Code of Ethics
* Compliance with the Bureau Veritas UK management system, procedures and methods
* Ensure work is being effectively scheduled and carried out in line with the contract SLA’s
* Promote and support the culture of ‘One BV’ within the team
* Drive employee engagement, ensuring all are aware of the performance, H&S standards and objectives that are in place, and regularly reviewed.

Profile: Experience & Skills Required:

Qualifications Required:
* 5 GCSE’s – including Maths and English
* A level or equivalent

Experience and Skills Required:

* IT literate with an advanced knowledge of Excel and MS word.
* Have excellent communication skills and be client focused.
* Able to accurately interpret, analyse and deliver data to set deadlines.
* Proactive in and enthusiastic in their approach to work.
* Be willing to confront and adapt to new challenges.
* Have the proven ability to enhance and improve working practices.
