Job Description:

Purpose of position:

The purpose of this role is to provide outstanding customer service to all UK and US wholesale customers and to our worldwide distributors and worldwide boutiques to drive sales.

Responsibilities:

Provide customers with an industry-leading service at all times
Process orders on Sage on a timely basis
Prepare invoicing for all delivered goods on a timely basis
Issue credit notes for retailer returns
Support Boutiques with stock orders, watches and accessories

Key result areas:

Deliver outstanding customer service ‘with a smile’
Return phone calls from both internal and external customers
Return e-mails from both internal and external customers
Process orders on Sage
Review all outstanding orders daily
Prepare invoicing daily for all despatched product
Process returns and ensure that credit notes are raised on a timely basis
Process accessory sales and returns
Advise customers on stock availability, cost and retail price
Process private sales and ensure that these are invoiced on a timely basis
Allocating available stock to orders
Accessory returns for credit

The ideal candidate:

Education: 3 A-levels or equivalent
Previous sales administration experience
Enthusiastic and self-confident
Careful attention to detail and strong organisational skills
Able to communicate well, both orally and in writing, adapting to a wide range of people
High standard of written English and excellent grammar
Excellent numerical skills with the ability to analyse information
A hardworking and reliable attitude, able to work autonomously but collaboratively
Able to work on own initiative and to tight deadlines.
Able to remain calm and focussed under pressure
Excellent IT skills, with experience in Microsoft Office including Word, Excel and PowerPoint. (min Excel intermediate)
