Job Description:

Our client are a major supplier into the licensed trade, due to continued growth they are not seeking a full time Sales Administrator to work in their prestigious offices with free parking located close to Ascot Rail station.

This role would suit a methodical minded administrator who likes to be busy with excellent IT word and excel skills to be able to work as part of a team and utilising initiative and working alone at times.

Main objectives of the role
We are looking for a time served administrator who has worked in a fast paced office environment, preferably in a sales, purchase and/or inventory management environment.
The role will support the Inventory Manager and Senior Operations Administrator roles but will report into the Sales Ops Manager.. You will be responsible for improving performance, productivity, efficiency through the completion of administration tasks such as booking in goods, ordering and chasing goods, setting up new product information, stock reconciliations etc.,

Role & Responsibilities
* Goods receipts PO’s & Stock movements
* Daily clearance of outstanding orders
* Stock reconciliations
* Place orders from deficiency list as advised by Inventory Manager
* Action stock movements from deficiency list / Request caravan movements
* Manage inbox for Sales and deal with any stock queries
* Administer minimum stock levels and delisted lines
* Set up new /amend products / Logistics company
* Set up / amend customer / supplier contact information in Hansaworld
* File due diligence information and record AWRS numbers
* Booking in / chase deliveries and subsequent invoicing
* Process stock corrections/adjustments
* Duty drawback / Duty deferment account record spreadsheet
* Weekly:
* Stock Deficiency List
* Targeted report – BBD
* Outstanding Purchase Orders
* Stock Reconciliation
* Collecting PODs for each delivery made by the business Ad-hoc urgent tasks purchase invoice postings, payments/receipts postings etc)
Requirements
* Time served administrator, ideally with some knowledge of working in an import/export environment (but not necessary)
* Flexibility, accuracy and speed are paramount including good IT package skills (databases, Google sheets etc)
