Title: Receptionist
Salary: Up to £20,000 plus bonus and benefits

Location: West London (Feltham)
Hours: Full time. Mon-Fri

SG Gaming is seeking a Receptionist to work in its UK Headquarters in Feltham. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering high quality customer service and professionalism to internal and external visitors at all times.

This position is responsible for a wide range of reception duties and administrative tasks and we are looking for individuals who not only have solid reception experience but also good general office administration skills too as you will be required to multi-task and work autonomously. The ideal candidate will have experience working on the front desk for a mid-sized or large corporation and will thrive on interacting with individuals at every level throughout the business.

Key Responsibilities
• To meet and greet visitors, vendors and clients in courteous and professional manner at all times – including sign in procedure.
• Respond to internal and external telephone enquiries in a timely and professional manner.
• Effectively co-ordinate the building badge and security access.
• Responsible for booking hotel and travel arrangements for employees and visitors.
• Co-ordinate and administer all facilities requirements – including cleaning, health & safety and facilities administration.
• Provide administrative support to other departments when necessary – such as managing meeting rooms and booking appointments.

Knowledge, Skills & Experience
• Previous experience working in a reception environment.
• Excellent telephone and written communication skills are essential.
• Proven organisation and co-ordination skills are essential.
• Excellent internal and external customer liaison skills.
• Attention to detail with the ability to analyse information through spreadsheets is essential.
• Computer literacy using Microsoft Office.
• Ability to work on own initiative with minimal supervision.
