Job Description:

We are an award-winning vibrant and growing healthcare business based in Farnham and have been established for many years. We are looking for a confident, well-presented, personable and highly organised Office Administrator based on our front of house Reception area for the 3 companies within our group.

Working Monday-Friday 8.30am -5pm or 9am-5.30pm with a generous salary of up to £21K, plus 25 days’ holiday, private healthcare, pension and free parking.

Our Office Administrator will be part of our corporate support team acting as the first point of contact for our clients and internal colleagues whilst providing a professional business support service.

Reception

* Provide a professional front of house reception service via phone, email and in person.
* Direct calls to the appropriate department and screen accordingly for Senior management and Directors.

Office Supplies and Co-ordination

* Internal directory update.
* Office supplies and presentation.

Meeting Room Management

* Keep meeting rooms tidy and ensuring all equipment required is available for our meetings and events.
* Ordering and co-ordination of meeting room equipment and supplies.
* Keep control of company meeting room calendar.
* Meet and greet visitors coming for meetings in a friendly and professional way demonstrating a knowledge of their meeting and requirements.
* Co-ordinating visitor parking and security passes.
* Refreshments and lunches.

Post/Couriers

* Manage couriers and post in and out.
* Purchase all supplies required for managing post.

To be successful in our Receptionist and Administrator role you will have a proven background within an office administrator role either based on reception or providing reception cover. You will be highly organised with exceptional attention to detail and be comfortable handling administrative and office support for three companies simultaneously.

The candidate shall be trusted to work on their own initiative and will need to be flexible to respond to fast-changing requirements. You should be educated to A Level standard or above and be PC literate to an intermediate level across Word, Excel and Outlook.
