Job Description:

Office Team Leader – Andover
Competitive Salary + Benefits

Our Client is seeking an experienced Office Team Leader to join their Christchurch Branch on a 12 Month fixed term contract for maternity cover.
The successful candidate will have previously managed a team of people in a busy, target driven environment and have the ability to work to tight deadlines. You will have Overall management of branch administration staff, carrying out personal focus meetings, providing training, coaching and assistance, as and when required and controlling the Group Email inbox and the distribution of emails to staff.

Key Responsibilities;
• Overseeing the completion of monthly customer and branch reports with all KPI and financial information. This requires excellent attention to detail and overview of all activities collated by the administration
• Maintaining the flow of information through the department to ensure that relevant parties are aware of potential escalation from customer complaints, service issues and failures to meet Service Level Agreements (SLAs)
• Overseeing the financial management and raising of SMS invoices
• Management of customer information on all IT Management systems such as SMS, Lotus notes etc
• Ensuring that all communication from the administration team meets the required House Style standards
• Review and develop efficient administration systems to meet customer needs
• Attend regular Contract Review Meetings with the customer and implement any customer requests as appropriate
• Completing monthly records as required including Health and Safety monitoring paperwork, Monthly Training, Intrastat Declaration, Performance Plan Units and accurately record the activity of non-office based staff, sickness and holidays for the department
• Any other duties/projects as requested by Branch Manager or other Senior Members of the organisation.
• Regular review meeting with Office Supervisor to ensure smooth day to day running of Admin Department.

The ideal candidate:

will be a team-player; self-motivated and have coaching/mentoring skills. Excellent communication skills are also important attributes as you will be expected to liaise effectively with engineers and internal and external customers. A proven track record within a service industry environment would also be a distinct advantage, along with experience in financial reporting and budget control.
