A Fantastic opportunity has arisen for an office manager with a well established client of ours based in the Wimbledon Area.
This role will suit someone with previous experience as a PA, Office Manager, Secretary, Office Administrator (Senior) Team Administrator or similar.
This will be working full time Monday – Friday (08:30 – 17:30)
This is a small, relaxed, friendly office looking for someone with the desire to succeed and ensure day to day business operations are running smoothly.
The position involves a varied balance of responsibilities:
Basic book keeping
Ensuring client payments are received and chased
Overseeing day to day operations
Able to comfortably use in house company systems
Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel is essential.
The successful candidate will have a three month trial period, on the job training and full support from team members and senior management.
An attractive salary based on experience will be negotiable subject to review on performance. (£25,000 – £30,000)
