Job Description:

International Trade Administrator

Location: Norwich

Salary: £16,000

Hours: 8.30am -5pm ; 37.5 h a week Monday – Friday

Our client who provides networking opportunities, shares knowledge, offers business services, signpost to business opportunities and inspires innovative thinking to enable companies to do better business is currently seeking for a International Trade Administrator to join their team .

Responsibilities:

* Play a full and productive role as a member of the International Trade Team to ensure that contract requirements and service specifications as laid down are met or exceeded.
* To respond to incoming enquiries from customers maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
* To build relationships with exporters and deliver a high level of customer care.
* To maintain accurate data entries logged onto Client Management System and manual records.
* Responsible for maintaining accurate records
* To provide a comprehensive, customer specified documentation and wider export support related to services

The ideal candidate will:

* 3+ years office experience ideally within an export environment but not essential
* Excellent Administration and Organisational Skills
* Excellent attention to detail and accuracy essential
* Be able to provide a high level of customer care to both members and non-members
* Good standard of education (Maths and English C Grade and above)
* Knowledge and working experience of IT, including word, excel and outlook
* Be able to work as a member of a team and as an individual
* Good written and verbal communication skills
