The HR Coordinator role

We are looking for a motivated hard-working individual to join our award-winning Company.

It is an exciting time for us as we continue to grow and secure a number of high profile corporate security contracts within the central London region.

This is a new role in our HR team. The purpose of the role is to provide HR administrative support to the team in addition to providing HR advice and support to managers across the business on lower level HR case-work.

What will you be doing as a HR Coordinator?

– Employee vetting

– HR administration duties such as payroll administration

– Providing HR advice and support with minor issues of conduct and performance, absence management, family friendly

– Support with delivering Company Inductions to new employees

– Provide support to HR colleagues and Managers in the business with TUPE in and TUPE out mobilisations

– Attending HR meetings in a note taking capacity

– Supporting on any HR related projects

Further, as a member of the HR team you will play a key role in helping us to continue to embed a professional, positive and supportive work culture.
