Howells Solutions are working with a leading Insurance Organisation to recruit an experienced Operations Manager to join their Executive team in London. Reporting to the Managing Director, you will help the Association achieve its five-year strategy to be recognised as the Third Force within the UK general insurance arena.

The Operations Manager will assist the MD in all their activities and where appropriate, substitute at functions, meetings, events, speaking publicly on industry issues and writing editorials when required. Working closely with the Standing Committees, Forums and working groups, you will assist in the annual membership survey including capture of data and updating the systems where needed.

Operations Manager Duties:

* Assist the MD and the board to achieve the strategy and business plans within designated time frames

* Assist in increasing and maintaining the existing membership

* Support the MD and the board in maintaining the profile of the Association

* Assist in driving forward market initiatives as set out by the MD and the board

* Participate in any educational program required by members

* Assist in the achievement of chartered status specific for delegated authority holders

* Assist in the Association’s activities regarding sponsorship.

Operations Manager Salary & Benefits:
