Duties:
*Implementing daily H&S assessment of allocated floor, reporting any hazards to the site LSO and/or FM Helpdesk, and reporting any incidents or near miss onto IndustrySafe.
*Support Client’s agile working approach at every opportunity.
-Working alongside the FC team to reinforce behaviours that maintain agile working such as, supporting mobility across the building, availability of spaces, and observation of room bookings. Other examples include making sure desks, meeting rooms/spaces and project areas are being used in accordance with our policies.
*Assist with meeting room equipment and AV set up.
*Delivering DSE (Display Screen Equipment) assessments when required
*Responsible for the collation, sorting, distribution and despatch of all incoming & outgoing parcels and mail
*Operating and maintaining the franking and mailing machinery
*Booking of external couriers

Special Duties:
*Supporting Floor Champion role in the Croydon office.
*Ensuring Thursday Fruit delivery is distributed evenly across the 5 floors.
*Office tidy on 2nd Thursday of the month (floor specific).
*Partake in special projects, i.e. Internal office moves, project related.
*Fire Marshall Support to the LSO.
*Ordering stock and maintaining first aid boxes.
*Meet and greet new starters and visitors on the floor.
*Working with and monitoring the Mitie day cleaners.
*Ordering through Advantage, i.e. PPE, DSE Equipment, Stationery & IT equipment.

Skills Required:
*Knowledge of H&S risk awareness and hazard reporting
*Very good verbal and written communication skills
*Attention to detail
*Ability to use initiative and manage changing priorities as they arise
*Good IT skills (Word, Excel, MS Outlook)
*Good customer service ethic
