Job Description:

We have an exciting opportunity for an Estates Administration Manager to join our team on a fixed term contract providing maternity cover until August 2018.

About the role
Sense holds a fantastically varied national portfolio of one hundred and eighty properties. You will be responsible for developing, maintaining and continuously improving systems and processes to manage the key functions of the Estates Team. This includes managing and maintaining a repairs help desk and updating of the Estates database management software.

Reporting to the Head of Estates, you will have experience of managing a team of estates administrators and providing support to field based regional surveyors. In addition, you will support and contribute to Estates Team projects such as building acquisition, disposal, capital projects, compliance and health and safety.

About you
We would like to hear from you if you have experience of working in a mixed estate environment. You will have had help desk responsibility for both reactive and planned maintenance along with estates software management- it would be great if it was in the charity and social care sector.

As the successful candidate, you will deliver a strong customer focused approach to promote a positive and professional image of the Estates Team. You will be assertive and have the ability to communicate effectively whilst being extremely organised.
