Job Description:

Working for a leading International Consultancy, we are looking to recruit a Business Support Administrator to join our existing team. The Business Support Administrator will be working alongside 2 other employees and will report directly to the Manager.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone to carve a career within administration and would suit a recent college leaver or university graduate or alternatively someone who is looking to develop their strong IT skills within a formatting role.

The salary on offer is up to £22k. The working hours are Monday to Friday 9am – 5.30pm, we offer free parking, 25 days holiday, life assurance, pensions scheme and company based bonus.

The role of the Business Support Administrator works closely with colleagues in the Business Support Team to provide effective and comprehensive administrative and logistical support to the Company.

Tasks will include:

* Formatting and quality checking of large technical reports and proposals to company template
* Administration of timesheets and expenses for the business
* Travel bookings
* Spreadsheets management
* Meeting set-ups
* Creation of marketing materials
* Other ad-hoc duties as required by the business.

To be successful for the opportunity with us you will have proven IT skills to include (as a minimum) advanced Word, intermediate Excel and Outlook, desirable would be InDesign. You will have some previous experience in an administration role (minimum 6 months) and ideally be of graduate calibre. You need an excellent command of the English language (verbal and written) and a high level of accuracy.
