Job Description:

CBRE Global Workplace Solutions is a leading global provider of integrated facilities and corporate real estate management. We are recruiting a Business Support Administrator to join the team located in Cramlington. The successful candidate will be fully responsible for providing administrative support for all FM services.

Role Summary:

Provide support to the CMMS team, transferring data in line with maintenance schedules
Maintain waste documentation ensuring it is accurate, up to date and recorded
Ensure waste documentation is compliant with relevant processes and legal compliance
Ensure waste licences are current and renewed when required
Attend all Environmental Compliance Team meetings
Administer all site SOP’s for Engineering
Complete overtime trackers
Input expenses into the system for all personnel
Raise purchase orders and maintain the purchase tracker
Completion of the KPI monthly scorecard
Manage staff training records
Book servicing for company vehicles, car hire and accommodation
Ensure completion of work place inspections
Ensure all personnel are recruited and inducted in accordance with the company and client procedures
Health and Safety – Ensure all Documentation for the EHS control book and manual is updated when periodic reviews are completed
Review all contractor management files ensuring H&S and Environmental policies and insurance certificate are up to date
Maintain Holiday cards and sickness spread sheet
Provide assistance with audits
Support management team in the development of new business proposals
Draft letters, memos and reports as required
Provide administrative support to the General Site Manager

Experience Required:

Experience in payroll / financial payment systems, including general financial principles
Self-motivated, ability to work with minimum supervision
Flexible approach and a sense of teamwork
Good telephone manner.
Demonstrate competence in oral and written communication
Ability to deal with customers / peers at all levels
PC Literate – MS Office / Lotus packages
Understanding of facilities management principles / procedures (preferred)
Excellent organisational skills
