JOB ROLE: Administrator

JOB TYPE: Permanent/Full Time

COMPANY: Property Consultancy

HOURS: 9:00am to 5:30pm

SALARY: £28,000 – £30,000

LOCATION: West end

CULTURE: Professional, corporate and friendly

DUTIES INCLUDE BUT ARE NOT EXCLUSIVE TO:

* Provide administrative support to a team of Surveyors
* Produce all correspondence, documents and reports to agreed deadlines
* Deal with answering calls
* Deal with the Surveyors mail and urgent messages, items for signature and confidential information
* Maintain effective systems for filing, information retrieval, and the reproduction of documents when required
* Administrate the sales paperwork and generate invoices as and when required
* Generate expenses for members of the department as and when required
* Processing of invoices and credit notes
* Liaise with solicitors regarding legal correspondence and post sales procedures
* Ensuring department is compliant with anti-money laundering and GDPR protocols
* Updating the website following sales
* Organise meetings
* Organise travel arrangements
* Respond to client and customer queries and complaints as appropriate
* Use a range of software including email, spread sheets and databases
* Digital dictation

SKILLS, EXPERIENCE AND ATTRIBUTES REQUIRED:

* A degree or equivalent level qualification
* Previous experience in a similar role or environment
* Smart and professional appearance and manner
* Methodical, organised and reliable
* Self-motivated with excellent time-management skills
* Friendly and a natural team player
* Excellent communication skills including professional telephone manner
* Proficient with Microsoft Office packages, specifically Excel, Outlook and Word.
* Minimum 2 years’ experience in a relevant role
* Excellent audio and copy typing abilities
