The role will involve handing aftercare and queries within the company’s new build housing stock. The role is a temp opportunity, and is paying a competitive salary equivalent to £26,000 to £28,000 plus benefits. This role has a Monday – Friday working week.

Client Details

A leading UK Housing Group, based in their Central London Head Office.

Description

In this role you will be expected to escalate reported tenant issues to maintenance teams, predominantly working across defects. You will monitor an aftercare help line and organise both subcontractors and maintenance teams covering reactive and planned maintenance. You will demonstrate high levels of customer service whilst understanding planned works and housing.

This is a great opportunity for a motivated individual to work as an integral part of a dedicated Aftercare team. You will provide an Aftercare monitoring and management service until resolution is achieved.

Within this role you be required to proactively manage customer expectations, report overall levels and identify specific concerns. You will also be expected to close work with the Aftercare Manager, employer’s agency and housing colleagues to ensure all defects are rectified in a timely manner.

Profile

What you’ll need to succeed

* A maintenance background, preferably in housing
* Good use of systems in order to capture data and run reports for clients
* The ability to prioritise calls
* Good communication skills both internally and externally and be able to be a point of contact between maintenance teams and tenants

This is a permanent position, ideally the successful candidate will have worked either in customer service, planning or construction administration previously.
