Description

The Administrative Support role provides administrative and organisational support for the customer-facing activities of the business. Working with both the Commercial and Technology teams, key responsibilities will be tracking and assisting in addressing customer technical issues, coordinating necessary support activities and tracking resource allocation across customer-visible activities.

Responsibilities

  • Maintenance of programme management artefacts (reports, risks, actions, log) to ensure timely and accurate project delivery record-keeping
  • Coordinate cross-project activities such as meetings and workshops
  • Assessing work stream performance against internal Project Governance guidelines
  • Assisting account managers with the generation and presentation of reports
  • Scheduling meetings on behalf of the Technology team
  • Suggest ways to reduce technology coordination costs through coordination and communication
  • Ensure minutes have been captured and circulated for scheduled meetings
  • Providing necessary administration and support for our grants-funded projects

Qualifications

  • Experience of working with a technology-delivery organisation
  • Prior experience with the Kanban methodology (desirable)

  • Bright, creative thinking and a team player who can independently work and own the task at hand
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills and experience interacting with software development teams.
  • Good listening skills and willing to learn
  • Strong organisational, interpersonal skills, with an ability to multitask.
  • Ability to work with interdisciplinary teams

  • Ability to work in a team towards a common goal
  • Desire to work in high-growth, start-up-like culture and a passion for innovating in energy space within a technology team

  • Ability to manage multiple projects at the same time. Previous experience in project managing grant’s project desirable

  • Must be available to work core office hours of 9AM – 6PM Monday – Friday
