The Role 

Here at Agilisys we treat all our customers as VIPs. Some of our customers have a need for an extra level of personalised service so we’ve developed a successful VIP team of service managers and VIP engineers who help our key clients manage issues with their ICT, smartphones and office gear. We’re expanding this team and need to find more enthusiastic, customer focused individuals to help ensure our customers are always good to go. 

 If you’ve previously worked with challenging customers with exclusive needs and requirements and would like to work in a busy, progressive environment with like-minded individuals, we’d love to hear from you. 

Key responsibilities also include; 

  • Supporting our customers with technical and service related issues.  
  • Helping the Head of VIP Service with refining and working on continuous service improvement 
  • Helping to provide support for Office 365, Windows 10, Exchange Online and Microsoft Surface devices as well as iOS and Android systems. 
  • Applying a first class, customer focused approach at all times 
  • Picking up and delivering equipment for Stakeholders 

Some travel within the immediate East London area will be required. 

Proven experience within a customer-focused environment and a passion for excellent customer service is essential. 

This is a 12 month fixed term contract.
