* Teaching small class sizes of SEND Pupils
* You should have QTS or be an unqualified teacher / higher learning teaching assistant who is confident in leading small groups.
* The ability to demonstrate enthusiasm, flexibility and teamwork is essential
* A strong presence is ideal and a willingness to have an adapted approach to teaching pupils with various abilities
