We are working with an High growth, innovative, European On the Go Food & Beverage company going through a huge period of growth. We are looking for a Regional Sales Director to lead and develop a high performing sales team of 7 through the next phase of their journey across the South of the UK.
• Lead, develop and motivate a team of New Business and Account Managers to maximise sales.
• Establish business plans which inform the national strategy, and apply a structured approach to development.
• Deliver the business objectives
• Understand the market and the business’ place within it.
Candidates must have experience of managing teams of both Account Managers and Business Developers. The ideal candidate will be an established leader, with a strong track record of driving positive business outcomes, and have a customer focus. Candidates must have the ability to present and influence, both internally and externally, at a senior level. Candidates must present a strong coaching and management style to develop and support colleagues. Candidates must also come from a Food/Drink background and understand a breadth of client base ranging from Healthcare, through to corporate workplace and into retail distribution.
