As Recruitment Marketing Coordinator at Barchester, you’ll use your creative and organisational skills to support the delivery of campaigns that attract candidates to the business who will ensure our residents and patients receive the quality care they deserve.
Working alongside the Recruitment Marketing Manager you will undertake a broad variety of recruitment projects and initiatives which support Barchester’s attraction strategy. This role combines elements of creative writing, brand engagement, administration, project management and event coordination, so you will need to be a confident multi-tasker with strong verbal and written communication skills. Offering a flexible work-life balance within a fast-paced, dynamic and friendly team, you will be based in our Finsbury Square office in London, with the option to work in the office for up to two days per week and from home.
To join us as Recruitment Marketing Coordinator, you’ll need proven marketing experience of working within a multi-site business and working with external media and creative agencies. You will liaise confidently with colleagues internally and external third parties, such as event organisers, job boards and printers.
You will also have experience of preparing original and engaging copy for both print and digital media, as well as a flair for writing social media posts and responding to online comments and enquiries. You are an ambitious individual with excellent communication skills and a can-do attitude who delivers to the highest standards.
