Description

Exciting, global company are looking for a German speaking Customer Service Representative /Team Leader/ Specialist who will be to support growth in the company’s European Market, through the delivery of excellent service. The Team Leader will ensure high standards are achieved by managing and supporting a small team of Customer Service Advisors responsible for customer enquiries from European markets.

Key responsibilities: Customer Service

Communicate with customers by phone, e-mail, or in person and provide excellent and accurate service (in both German and English);

Responsible for online sale, sales order processing and customer service and social media.

Identify problems with customer accounts and/or orders and solve them accordingly;

Act as a point of escalation for customer complaints;

Support senior management with day to day operations and monitoring.

Team Leadership

Be a role model setting a good example to team members – this is a “hands on” working Team Leader role

To ensure customer service standards are exceeded;

Work with other managers in other departments to explore co-operative work between departments;

Proactively plan team schedules and holidays to ensure customer service standards are exceeded;

Work with the manager to develop policy and procedures and training manuals to advance customer relations to better meet customer needs;

Person Specification

Some supervisory skills or team leader skills gained in a call centre/ HQ environment are required.

Excellent level of German and English communication skills (both written and verbal) is essential

Proficient in MS Office, sales order processing and e-commerce systems

Social media skills

Customer service skills gained in an ecommerce or retail environment a distinct advantage

Strong leadership skills, leading by example with the ability to encourage high levels of personal performance.
