Location: High Holburn, London (WC1V) 
Job type: Full Time, Permanent 
Salary: £32,000 per annum 

About the role: 
A key role within the recruitment team, the Graduate Recruiter is responsible for the graduate and internship recruitment across Europe. The successful candidate will work closely with the Recruitment and Resourcing Manager to meet key hiring targets. There will be some requirement for local and overseas travel. Our ideal candidate will be fun, flexible, innovative and energetic. 

– Internal Recruitment and Resourcing: Ensure graduate and intern recruitment targets are met by delivering an outstanding end to end recruitment process (attraction and selection). 
– Marketing: Working closely with the recruitment manager to design and deliver a comprehensive European marketing plan.
– Candidate Experience / Onboarding: Deliver an outstanding candidate experience for all graduate and Intern hires from attraction to day one in the firm. 
– Selection and Assessment: Work alongside the recruitment manager to develop appropriate selection and assessment tools. 
– Administration and Recruitment Metrics – Maintain all graduate recruitment records to ensure all candidates are legally compliant to work in the UK and collate data via internal ATS and provide weekly reports to the recruitment manager. 
– Frontier Ambassador- Work in line with the firm’s values to promote and develop People related activities across the firm. 

Responsibilities: 
– Work closely with the Recruitment Manager to develop a plan that ensures all recruitment targets are met across all European offices. 
– Managing (in conjunction with the Recruitment Manager) the successful delivery of the end to end recruitment process for all graduates and interns. 
– Designing and overseeing a proficient and timely graduate / intern recruitment interview process including coordination of interviews, reviewing assessments and providing candidates with timely feedback. 
– Attend on campus events, career fairs as required engage with prospective candidates in a professional and confident manner. 
– Managing the links and relationships with relevant universities and institutions, either directly or working with recruitment team members. 
– Provide oversight and support to all offices (Berlin, Cologne, Paris, Madrid, Brussels, London, and Dublin) to ensure that the graduate interview process is fair, consistent and reflects the requirements of local labour markets. 
– Participation in the London graduate interviews, informal chat sessions. 
– Responding to candidate queries within 1 day of receipt. 
– Ensuring regular statistics are collected, interpreted and reflected in any recruitment reviews. 
– Ensure all employment contracts are issued in a timely manner within 2 working days of acceptance of ‘offer’. 
– Ensuring new starter information for graduates and interns is recorded and shared with relevant people across the firm. 
– Work closely with the wider People team to ensure that all new employee checks are completed before joining. 
– Assist in the work permit application process from offer to visa confirmations. 
– Ensure an outstanding candidate experience, by providing clear interview feedback within 2 days of the interview. 
– Ensure graduate and intern job descriptions are kept up to date and design new ones as appropriate, in line with the Frontier template. 
– Ensure up-to-date, accurate information is kept for all graduate and intern new joiners e.g. contracts, start dates, visas and eligibility checks. 

About you: 
– Seasoned graduate recruiter with work experience in a professional services or financial services firm. 
– Experience in graduate recruitment and candidate attraction and selection. 
– Experience of recruitment reporting; analysing, manipulating recruitment data and metrics using Excel, and ATS. 
– Candidate sourcing using a mixed method approach: direct (passive and application), job boards, referrals. 
– Experience of working with and advising diverse stakeholders in various cultural settings and being a first point of contact whilst providing a friendly service. 
– Possess excellent communication skills, with an ability to build rapport quickly and effectively. 
– Strong IT skills – particularly excel, word and PowerPoint. 
– Genuinely excellent people skills; exemplary professionalism, enthusiasm, positive energy, openness and integrity (eschewing any “office politics”). 
– Communication- An open and confident communicator can communicate at all levels (internal and external). 

Desirable Experience: 
– Experience of delivering internal projects and working in a high volume recruitment environment. 
– Knowledge of the Economic Consulting market. 
– Knowledge of the graduate recruitment market across Europe. 
– Languages- German, Spanish, French.
