I am currently recruiting for a Customer Services Account Manager to join a well-established company based in Surrey. The aim of this role is to manage daily weekly projects and interactions between companies, clients and suppliers. You will need to meet the service level agreements and SLAs while contributing ideas to improve the client experience and the distribution processes.

Responsibilities include:

•             Represent the company and high level clients brand and their values, manage SLAs.

•             Be a first point of contact for managing the relationships.

•             Enhance and implement processes with the aim to continuously improve systems.

•             Ensure that all important processes are documented.

•             Propose, manage and document statement of works (SOW).

•             Overview the daily operations.

•             Organise weekly operational meetings.

•             Communicate on the performance through monthly and quarterly meetings.

•             Build a range of reports to manage SLAs.

Technical Skills

•             Ability to operate a Desktop Computer system and possess a familiarity of Operating Systems

•             Knowledge and demonstrated ability to use Microsoft Office Applications: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access

•             Knowledge and capability of Salesforce to create and extract reports. Training on SalesForce is available.

Soft Skills

•             Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.

•             Positive, enthusiastic, friendly personality, a natural communicator.

•             Experience of working with multiple and multicultural stakeholders. Other languages an advantage.

•             Experience managing clients

•             Strong listening and influencing skills

•             Ability to perform under pressure, and think quickly

•             Ability to handle complaints and difficult customers

•             Team player – helping the team achieve objectives, friendly and approachable even when busy

•             Ability to analyse, identify trends and implement relevant solutions

Project Knowledge Skills

•             Client Products and Services – ability to update on clients brand, values, products and services.

•             Stock Management

•             Merchandise Productions, Fulfilment and Distribution Overview

•             Salesforce
