My client is a global leader in HR SaaS and consultancy services.  Currently, their unique and innovative platform is used by HR teams within some of the World’s leading brands, to engage with over 2 million employees.  Although the firm leader in their sector, they are not complacent and continue to revolutionise the market with products and services that deliver value for both clients and their employees.

This is an exciting time in their history, and they are seeking an experienced Business Development Director to join them on their journey.

As part of the commercial team, which includes colleagues in the US and APAC, the new Business Development Director will own and build a new territory within the EMEA region.  Key areas of the role include:

  • Creating a qualified new business pipeline with Enterprise businesses
  • Selling with integrity using the value-selling methodology – this role is all about building lasting relationships
  • Increasing revenue by selling to net new logos
  • Liaising with senior client stakeholders and C-level decision makers
  • Collaborating with colleagues across the business to ensure a seamless client experience
  • Working to growth targets & personal KPI’s
  • Travel across EMEA

We are looking for a motivated, charismatic business development professional with strong experience in B2B SaaS sales and a track record of building new business pipeline using solution/value selling techniques.  Adept in building relationships at C-level, you’ll have outstanding presentation and negotiation skills.  You’ll have a keen interest in the value of technology in business and, ideally, have some knowledge of the HR and/or employee benefits sector – although this is not essential.
